When Woody Creek Distillers was founded, their mission was simple: To pour everything they had into everything they made. It’s a standard they continue to hold themselves to every day. Neutral grain spirits are never used – nor do they blend with base spirits from other distillers. For the finishing touch, they distill every spirit they make in custom CARL stills – a shining copper example of engineering and art that turns the Earth’s freshest ingredients into the world’s most treasured spirits.
This expression is a Limited Edition Wheated Bourbon. The new label has a mashbill of 70% Colorado corn, 15% Colorado barley, and 15% Colorado wheat aged 6 years in 100% American oak barrels. The Limited Edition Wheated Bourbon is only available in Colorado and a few other select markets like Alberta.
Nose: Approachable with vanilla cream and poached peach, caramel wafers, vanilla covered almond, and a gentle touch of oak spice.
Palate: Vanilla soaked peach and apple with sweet caramel, toffee, more vanilla, and spiced cherries.
Finish: Lengthy with rich fruit fading into oak spice.

The period of time is 30 days. If thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
