Emerald Giant Cask Strength Rye is a limited edition, uncut and unfiltered bottling from the distillery’s core portfolio. Emerald Giant is a straight rye expression that utilizes three different grains make up its mashbill: 94% rye, 5% malted barley and 1% wheat.
Nose: Natural rye aroma followed by a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon with a faint hint of pepper.
Palate: Unparalleled spice complexity with smooth rye notes. a hint of honey and orange peel.
Finish: Leans towards the savory side with a big hit of cinnamon.
