Nose: This whiskey punches a little assertive. Cinnamon comes through the nose as well as eyes. I smell a more exotic fruit blend than the usual cherry: Think dried mango.
Palate:This is gingery, more savoury. You will get an initial kick that is almost rye-like. On the mid palate there is Black Forest cake, savoury cinnamon cookies and a hint of buttered apple.
Finish: Lengthy and minimally dry with cask char warmth. Peanut brittle and peppercorn.

The period of time is 30 days. If thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
