It has been over four years since the GlenAllachie Distillers Company was formed, bringing the distillery back into private ownership. The distillery has released only very special expressions as an extension to the core range. Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has worked tirelessly on perfecting the 15 year old expression since day one; evaluating casks, specifically PX and Oloroso puncheons and hogsheads to deliver complete depth and finish. Without question there is a great deal of pride in the presentation of this crown jewel; the GlenAllachie 15 year old.
Nose: Rhubarb, cranberry and strawberries. Dried tobacco, hoisin sauce, bubble-gum and a touch of a metallic characteristic. Water reveals chocolate and pastry dough.
Palate: Big sherry arrival with raisins, prunes and maple syrup. Winter spices and wood. Dark chocolate and coffee.
Finish: Coffee, Turkish delight and just a hint of flaky sea salt.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once your order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. It should also be in the original packaging.
