Bottled: Natural colour and without chill filtration

Nose: Barley sugars, citrus, peach, and tropical fruits, pineapple. Pears cooked in brown butter with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Palate: Big obvious vanilla sweetness plus some toasted malt, toasted wood spices, all spice, honey, distant bees wax and a bit minerality – earthiness. Thick and creamy mouthfeel, apples again. With water added – green grass, freshness comes through. Un-ripened green fruit.

Finish: Sweet red apples, more honey and a bit of wax, some cereals, vanilla, If these come through now coconut here as well some nice beeswax and pepper. Also, sour and bitter as a grapefruit. Light pepper, spicy.
