After 2 years in virgin American Oak barrels, the liquid is transferred into ex-Sherry casks for finishing, gaining the qualities of the wine as well as exploring a different species of oak. Both an homage to the history of whisky and a nod to the future and to creating new flavours.
Nose: Stewed fruits with cloves and nutmeg.
Palate: Spiced fruitcake, mulled wine, velvet-esque mouth-feel.
Finish: Medium with the sherry notes continuing to shine.

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of many parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. It is possible that your order will be out of stock once your order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
