The Cigar Rye was released by independent bottler, Buzzard’s Roost, in April 2022. The spirit was sourced from Midwest Grain Products in Indiana with a mashbill consisting of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. After aging for four years, the whiskey was finished in proprietary, American oak barrels that were cold smoked with tobacco leaves from Kentucky – which mellows out the rye spiciness. Only three barrels of this particular rye were produced and Whisky Drop is the exclusive Canadian retailer of this exceptional whiskey.
Nose: Florals and rye bread followed by a light hint of smoke and cinnamon and brown sugar.
Palate: A delicate combination of candy sweetness and confectionery notes that fade mid-palate to citrus and cigar tobacco

The period of time is 30 days. If thirty days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
