The perfect choice for those who just can’t decide between rye or bourbon, we call it “the best of both worlds.” The blend is 55% Rye and 45% Bourbon. The mash for each is as follows: Rye Mash – 94% rye, 5% malted barley and 1% wheat; Bourbon Mash – 74% corn, 20% raw rye, 4.5% malted barley and 1.5% wheat.
Nose: Complex nose – floral with rye spice, ripe stone fruit.
Palate: Fruit sweetness mixes with nutmeg. Dried apricot on the back palate.
Finish: Long finish with white pepper and sweet clove.
